SALES POLICY
1. Personalized Tickets
Each ticket is personalized and linked to the identity of the purchaser or the person designated at the time of the order.
Access to the event may require presenting a valid ID matching the name on the ticket.

2. Single and Non-Transferable Ticket
Each ticket is unique, featuring its own identifier and validation code.
Tickets may not be:
• transferred to another person;
• resold;
• reproduced or copied;
• used more than once.
Any attempt at duplication or fraud will automatically result in the ticket being invalidated without refund.
3. Taxes and Service Fees
The displayed ticket price is subject to applicable Quebec taxes (GST and QST).
Service fees may also be applied at checkout depending on the platform used (payment, ticketing, or processing).
These fees are non-refundable.
4. No Refunds
All tickets are sold without the possibility of a refund, except in the event that the organizer cancels the event.
Service fees and collected taxes remain non-refundable unless required by law.
5. No Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged:
• no date changes;
• no time changes;
• no transfers to another event;
• no modification of the registered participant.
6. Buyer’s Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for:
• verifying all information before completing the order;
• keeping their ticket in a safe place;
• presenting the ticket in digital or printed format at the event.
Label Mariage is not responsible for lost, deleted, stolen, or unauthorized-source tickets.
7. Event Cancellation or Modification
If the event is canceled or modified, communication will be sent to ticket holders using the contact details provided at purchase.
Refund procedures, if applicable, will be specified at that time.
